Tincture of Queensfoil Prop/Replica
After seeing this bottle at a 2nd hand store I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. While it did not match the in-game image exactly it was perfect for making my own interpretation of the Tincture from Destiny 2. I'm definitely keen to experiment more with the liquid mixture inside and see what else I could use it for.
The original bottle
(WIP) Using tape and string to make pattern pieces for the bottle
(WIP) The bottle decorations made out of Worbla
(WIP) Test mixture of the liquid for inside the bottle. It's water, glycerin, food coloring, and mica powder.
(WIP) Painted the decorations gold and filled up the final bottle to get the mixture ratios correct.
(WIP) Emptied the bottle into a container to work more on the decorating; using paint and glue I painted on the black goop.
(WIP) Sealed the top with black resin so the liquid can't leak out
(WIP) Progress so far, nearing completion.
